Magnetic Gripper
Lifts All’s powerful Magnetic Grippers are perfect when you need to lift and move pieces or sheets of metal. Our vast experience in manufacturing magnetic grippers is evident in the hundreds that we have produced over the years.
The Magnetic Gripper is designed to lift both flat-surfaced or curved metal parts – shapes, sizes and angles are not a problem. The gripper runs on clean and dry pneumatic power, making it a more energy-efficient and safer choice. Should an unexpected leakage occur in the system, the gripper will not lose its magnetic power but will maintain its secure hold on the load.
A complete ergonomic lifting system consists of three parts:
- – a traverse system or jib crane that enable the load to be moved freely within a certain perimeter.
- – the Bal-Trol, that makes the load weightless and is used to raise and lower it.
- – the Gripper a type of lifting tool that grips the load using either vacuum suction cups, mechanical grippers or a hook.
