Optimized safety and flexibility with adjustable box holders
The Rotator with adjustable box holders is a unique and flexible solution for you who need to handle boxes with different widths (adjusted by a handle – widths between 800 mm and 1200 mm). The box holders are standard and will be fitted at our factory.
The Rotator with adjustable box holders can tilt crates and boxes so that you can reach the contents without stretching, bending and straining your back. One box holder can handle 1000 kg, also when tilting more than 90°.
Optional Extras
Optional extras include clamps for boxes between 635mm and 955mm in height (when tilted up to 180°) and side support plates, based on box type, weight, and working conditions.
Safety
Low maintenance costs with no relays or wearing parts. The tilting function is deactivated if the rotation center is above 1180 mm or below 680 mm from the floor.

Digital Controller
User-friendly large display with touch screen for easy control and visual feedback. Program multiple stops, turning angles, speed, and rotation. Logs operational time, energy use, number of operations, overloads, and battery status. Displays error messages and current position/angle. Supervisor function available to lock settings.
